KU Leuven Association offers the possibility to its students to subscribe a travel Insurance for trips abroad as part of their education. For this, KU Leuven Association is working together with the insurance company AIG Europe S.A.
Every student can subscribe for this kind of trips, a travel insurance policy online. The student has to complete the accession formula and pay the premium via credit or debit card. After registration of the payment, the policy and the insurance card can be printed in pdf.
The policy provides coverage for Accidental Death and Permanent Disability caused by an accident abroad; Medical Costs and Assistance caused by an accident or an illness abroad; Legal Assistance and Personal Liability.
